Each Custom Comfy piece is made on demand — created just for you once your order is placed. This process helps us reduce waste, keep things sustainable, and offer the widest variety of styles and sizes without mass overproduction.
Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or change of mind. Please double-check our size charts before ordering.

If we make a mistake (wrong item, misprint, or defect), we will 100% issue an exchange or return at no cost to you.

If you receive a flawed product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
